Mr. Alejandro Ballester, President & CEO of Ballester Hermanos and member of the Board of Directors of ILE, along with Dr. Ángel Carrión-Tavárez, Director of Research and Public Policy at ILE, Mr. Julián Fernández, CEO of Metropistas, and CPA Javier D. Jiménez Pérez, former candidate for Governor of Puerto Rico, participated in a Reaction Panel to the keynote address by Agustín Laje, entitled “Economic Freedom and the Right to Private Property,” as part of the 2026 “Growth & Freedom” Convention of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce.
