Juan Antonio “Tony” Larrea

Vice-President and Board Member

Juan Antonio “Tony” Larrea is the President of South American Restaurants Corp. (SARCO), which holds the Church’s Chicken, Pollo Tropical, Krispy Kreme, and Baskin Robbins franchises. He is also the President of South American Capital, a real estate company.

Prior to joining the Larrea Group, he served in various senior management roles at PepsiCo and most recently held the position of Vice President of Multinational Accounts for Latin America and the Caribbean Region with Visa International. Tony is currently the Vice-president of the Board of Directors of the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, member of the Board of Directors and President of the Development Committee for the Universidad Sagrado Corazón, National Vice President for USA of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and a board member of SER de Puerto Rico. He has also served on the boards of the Asociación de Restaurantes and the American Red Cross Puerto Rico Chapter. He is an active member of the Puerto Rico chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Consejo Empresarial de America Latina.

He holds an M.B.A. in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and a B.S. in Marketing from Babson College.
