Milton Quiles has a B.A. in Political Science with a major in Comparative Politics, and an M.A. in Public Administration with a major in Public Management, both from the University of Puerto Rico. He was a former member of the Student Association of the Public Administration Graduate School and during his last year of graduate school served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member assigned to the Local Redevelopment Authority of Roosevelt Roads, a corporation under the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company. Milton researches and analyzes government and business data for ILE’s studies.
